So I'm back.
There's no need to applaud.
I said... I'M BACK.
My gosh, a kitty goes on a little hiatus, and although he refuses the expected fanfare upon his return - not to mention the offer of a small to medium-sized parade, what does a kitty get?
Nothin' but grief.
Okay, so there was actually no grief.
DID YOU HEAR ME?
I said, I'M BACK.
Nothin' but crickets.
So anyway, there's nothin' to worry 'bout, 'bout my not bloggin' for the last few weeks. Some stuff cropped up. Personal stuff. Well personal peep stuff, I suppose, which is not of any importance 'cept for the fact that it interfered with my bloggin' schedule, which actually IS important but as I said, the actual personal peep stuff is definitely not. But Peepers' personal peep predicament has all been taken care of now, so there's really no need to go on palavering 'bout it, and...
Hmph, I'm havin' a really hard time hearin' the cries of joy and adulation regardin' my return, over the sound of all those crickets.
Remember to mask up, too.
Yayyy! And hooray! Missed you ❤️ Hoping all is well with the Peeps. Love, SimbaReplyDelete

The Chans (Tama, Benny and newbie Momo)
WE are cheering furry loudly, Seville. You might not be hearing us, on account of Us being thousands of miles away across the sea, but We are furry glad you are back and think We might even break out a bottle of Nip Champagne to celebrate!ReplyDelete
We hope your Peeps are well.
You have cricket in Canada! Wow, that is very . . . . what's that, Mrs H? You mean not the, er, sport? OK, so the sound of willow on leather isn't happening in Canada. But you have chirpy critters to chase, which is surely a wonderful thing for a cat who needs to keep the peep busy. Is that what kept your peep busy, I wonder???ReplyDelete
Nice to see your back!
Tomatoes – cat nip, potatoes – cat nip, let's call the whole human gardening thing off! Easier to focus on one crop this year, which of course needs to be the nip! Mrs H says I'm wrong, but then she doesn't eat nip, so what can you expect!ReplyDelete
