And she's down.
I know, I know... I know what you're thinkin'. You're thinkin', there goes Seville, once again mockin' his peep.
WELL OF COURSE THAT'S WHAT I'M DOIN'! If the peep is gonna insist on doin' stupid stuff, I, Seville the Cat, have a responsibility to mock her.
Besides, I'm not laughin' at her. Really, I'm not. I'm laughin' WITH her, you see.
And if you believe that, I've got a nice piece of swamp land to sell.
So anyway, remember way back when, when ol' Peepers was dodgin' a mysterious hole in our front yard? You remember the one. The hole that appeared outta nowhere, that she had to be careful not to fall into when mowin' the lawn.
Well the lawn is currently covered in about two feet of snow thanks to that ol' snowstorm we had on the weekend, but Peepers, bein' a peep, was worried that Saffron might get stuck under the deck - no, she still won't let the peep near her and won't come inside - and not be able to come to the veranda for noms, so...
So Peepers went out with the shovel and shovelled a path from the veranda, across the front lawn and along the far side of the house, all the way to the deck out back.
And when she had finished shovellin'....
When she was returnin' to the front door...
INTO THE MYSTERIOUS HOLE, SHE WENT.
She's such a clutz.
And in other news...
In other news, the mysterious hole in our front lawn has been officially measured at a peep's knee deep.
Remember to mask up, too.

Seville, as long as she didn't break her ankle!ReplyDelete
I too shovel paths for The PO'M to move about the yard, after snowfall.
I hope she didn't injure herself! Humans are rather fragile.ReplyDelete
Oh! We hope your Peep didn't get hurt, Sivvers!ReplyDelete
Your poor peep, I hope she is OK.ReplyDelete
We hope the peep is none the worse for wear! After all, if anything happens to her, who will attend to YOUR needs?ReplyDelete
Oh! Hope Peeps is okay after her down fall. I bet you had a grin as big as a half moon.😸😸😻💖🐾ReplyDelete
Wow we are glad Peepers is alright. She really does take good care of Saffron. And you Seville so chill, well you are already chill with the snow and allReplyDelete
Your poor peep! Our Mom shovels paths for the cats and she too has stepped in holes (but NOT knee deep) and she whined about how much it hurt! Her leg was a pretty blue/purple too! We send your Peep healing purrs and our sympathy! Tell your Peep she's AWESOME!ReplyDelete
I feel vewy sowwy for yoor clutzy Peep. Hoomons struggle so much, even when walking. Whereas we felines are naturally graceful, and also we have more common sense to mark where the hole is so when the weather turns into Snowmageddon, we do not fall into it.ReplyDelete
