MOUSES!
I heard that in a movie once. I may have paraphrased it a bit, but the sentiment is the same.
MOUSES!
I know, I know... I know what you're thinkin'. You're thinkin', what the mouses do traffic lights have to do with Seville the Cat?
Well...
Well nothin'. That's what.
MOUSES!
But...
But traffic lights are indicators of sorts, are they not? Oh sure, they're not the same kinda indicators as the turn signal thingies cars have, where you can INDICATE to the person - or cat - drivin' behind you that you're gonna be makin' a turn before you make it. You know, those turn signal thingies a large portion of the driving public has never learned how to use. No, they're not indicators like that. Not like that, at all, except with respect to the fact that like the traffic lights, the turn signal thingies are of NO importance to me, Seville the Cat. The peep? Well, she's more into stuff like that.
MOUSES!
But anyway...
But anyway, like I was sayin', traffic lights are indicators of sorts.
Indicators like...
Well like the flickin' of my tail, THIS WAY AND THAT.
MOUSES!
Got that, Peepers? Did they neglect to teach you the REALLY important stuff in drivers' ed?
MOUSES!
Oops, code red can be trouble sometimes!
ReplyDeleteYes, Sivvers! That's exactly what the tail flickin' means here, too!
