let it snow

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow...

Oh hello there again. You've decided to join me in another Christmas song and carol revision session.  Sweet.

Okay.  Where was I?  Oh that's right.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow...

Now to do the revisin' part.  And when I say revisin', I mean REVISIN', as in makin' it better by addin' some nip.  MOUSES!

Hmmm...  How on earth am I gonna change that?  How am I gonna turn the snow into nip?

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow...

WAIT A MINUTE.  THIS ISN'T SNOW.

MAAA-SAAHHNNN!!!

I'm tellin' you Mason, Peep #1 is gonna freak when she sees the mess you made outside the bathroom door.  What did you think you were doin'?

You were what?  You were makin' it snow?  You were makin' it snow so that I could l let it snow?

You thought you were doin' me a favour?

Really?  REALLY?  Awww...  MOUSES!

Mason, first of all, if you wanted to make it snow in the house, it would have been better had you used icin' sugar or somethin'.  Maybe even flour.  Somethin' that looked more like snow.  Somethin' that looked more like snow and less like...  Well..  Less like...  Looked less like...

It would have been better had you used somethin' other than kitty litter, for sure.  MOUSES!

I mean, look at all this litter all over the floor.

And..  And was this... Was this litter...

WAS THIS LITTER USED?

Used as in, USED?

Awww... MOUSES!

I'm tellin' you Mason, when Peep #1 finds out that you've tossed used kitty litter all over the floor around here, she's gonna freak out like no peep has ever freaked out before.

And it's not like we cats have never given the peep GOOD REASON to freak out.  Why I remember that time when I...

Um...

NEVER MIND.

But back to this business with the litter.

Mason, I'm thinkin'...

I'm thinkin' that had you tossed fresh kitty litter all over the place, it wouldn't be nearly so bad.  But to toss around the used stuff like this?  Mason, you may very well be lookin' at a lump of coal in your stockin' this year.

And we don't even have a coal-fired furnace for you to make use of that coal.  MOUSES!

Why, had you tossed lumps of coal around the place, it might not have been as bad as used kitty litter, although lumps of coal would be pretty bad too.

But at least they wouldn't have been used!

Mason, did you forget what kitty litter is like once it's used?

Oh no!  OH NO!  OH MY MOUSES NO!!!  Mason, I hear Peep #1 comin' down the stairs.  She's comin' down the stairs right now.  When the peep turns the corner and sees this... This mess... This...

What?  MASON?  WHERE ARE YOU GOIN'?

Dashing through the snow...

I SAID IT BEFORE AND I'LL SAY IT AGAIN...

MASON, THIS STUFF ISN'T SNOW!

IT'S KITTY LITTER!!!

AND IT'S USED!

MOUSES!!!

Why hello there, Peepers. Why look at that.  Look what it did.  Right here inside the house...  When no one was lookin'.  Why...  It snowed!

  2. I don't think Mason is going to be blamed for the "used" snow. Peep #1 is going to think the cat standing by the "snow" made the mess.

  7. MOL! Binga likes making it snow at our house! For some reason, this doesn't make my human feel very festive.

  8. Yup seems like you got the wrong sort of snow in Canada too! When we get it here in UK it's always the wrong sort, thankfully it's NOT litter though. Mouses!

  9. I see a lot of issues involving Mason's choice of snow substitute.....yep - especially if it's USED!

  10. I know what you mean, Seville. Eric used to dig to Australia, then when he finished he would half empty the litter box flinging it everywhere. Snow? He used to make almost impassable snow drifts.

  11. Maybe you could try flour or sugar next time instead of litter :)
